Cancellation Policy

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly and
we respectfully ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to alter your travel plans.

By honoring our commitment to hold your reservation, we may be turning away other requests for the nights you have requested. Therefore, cancellations less than 14 days before your arrival may be subject to full room charges. We always try to rebook cancelled rooms but you are responsible for the cost of any room for any night that it is not occupied. Reservation changes such as early departure and no–shows constitute a cancellation.

Smoking Policy

We kindly request that guests do not smoke inside the house or in any public areas adjacent to the house including covered decks and the swimming pool patio area.

Pet Policy

Sorry but we are not able to accommodate any pets.

Checkin and Checkout Policy

Checkin is between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and Checkout is 11:00 am.

Please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive late
